The location of the incident is issued for the Angus Plains and Lake Plains area, including Davidson Road, Navarino Road, Milang Road, Watson Road and Echo Park Road Angus Plains.
The incident is causing chemical fumes to be released to the air, people in the affected area are advised to close all doors and windows and refrain from going outside until further advised..
