CFS advises that the fire at the Jeffries Soils Facility on McEvoy Road, Buckland Park will continue to smoulder and produce smoke for several days. Until there is some decent rain on the fire ground, this fire will continue to produce smoke.

Members of the public are advised that smoke may reduce visibility on roads and motorists are advised to drive with care.

Residents in this area are advised to close all doors and windows, and stay indoors, particularly if you suffer any respiratory or cardiac conditions.

Emergency Services will remain in attendance until approximately the end of the day on Sunday 15th April 2018 or until it is deemed safe to hand back to the property owner to manage.
