Advice Message - COLES, ELAD ROAD Monitor Conditions Issued 20 Jan 2022 09:22
Issued for FOX, COLES, CALLENDALE and ELAD ROAD near Lucindale in the Lower South East
If you are in this area stay alert, monitor local conditions and decide what you will do if the situation changes.
At this time there is no threat to life or property and firefighters are attending this fire.
CFS expects change in the wind direction at about 10am this morning, as well as an increase in temperatures as the area experiences a Total Fire Ban. This may cause the fire to change direction and move towards Fox, Coles and Callendale.
People in the Fox, Coles ad Callendale area should leave now or prepare to defend their homes before the wind changes direction.
