The fire at Inman Valley on the Fleurieu Peninsula near Stockwell Road remains within control lines. Crews will be patrolling the fire ground during this hot weather period to ensure that any rekindles or hot spots are extinguished as the weather heats up. Winds strength and direction may vary during the day and as a result residents in the area are advised to remain vigilant. To ensure your safety, that of firefighters and other emergency personnel who are working in the area, please do not enter the area unless necessary. Hazards may include reduced visibility due to smoke, fallen trees blocking roads and emergency vehicles operating in the area. Continue to follow your Bushfire Survival Plans as conditions may change.
