HAY STACK FIRE WILL ROAD BANGHAM
Issued for BANGHAM near BORDERTOWN in the UPPER SOUTH EAST.
At 1:30am this morning The Country Fire Service responded to a hay stack fire near Bangham in the Upper South East.
CFS crews on three trucks and a bulk water carrier are working with the property owner to spread the hay stack apart and extinguish the fire.
This is causing a significant amount of smoke to be present around WILL ROAD and FRANCES ROAD near Bangham.
Hazards in the area may include reduced visibility due to smoke and emergency vehicles operating in the area. People with breathing difficulties should remain in doors and close windows and doors or move to a location you wont be impacted by smoke.
