Incident Update: Narrung Grass Fire
ISSUED FOR UNAIPON STREEN BETWEEN POINT MCLEAY AND YACHERIE, NARRUNG
CFS advises people in and around the Narrung area in the Coorong, South Australia, that a large amount of smoke is visible in the area.
The cause of smoke is due to a grass fire burning in Kikuyu.
CFS crews have responded to the fire and are being supported by Farm Fire Units.
The fire is currently contained with no risks posed to the community.
Residents within the area, who suffer from respiratory conditions, should close windows and doors as a precaution.
