Hay Shed Fire between Port Wakefield and Balaklava
ISSUED FOR BOWMANS
CFS crews are currently monitoring a hay shed fire at Bowmans between Port Wakefield and Balaklava.
On arrival, CFS firefighters found approximately 200 bales of hay in a shed which was fully involved in fire.
The fire is causing significant smoke in the area and can be seen from the Augusta Highway.
CFS crews will remain at this incident for the coming days.
