Country Fire Service crews are continuing to extinguish a haystack fire 11km South of Minlaton on the Yorke Peninsula.
A significant increase in smoke over Harry Butler Road and Rogers Road, travelling in a Northerly Direction, may been seen today as firefighters continue to extinguish any hot spots in hay bales. Expected completion for this incident is 5.00 pm.
Motorists around this area may experience reduced visibility and are encouraged to proceed with caution. Residents with breathing difficulties should remain indoors with the windows and doors closed or move to a location away from smoke.
