The Country Fire Service (CFS) advises people in and around the Edillilie area on the Eyre Peninsula that smoke and fire may be visible.
The cause is a grass fire on the South Block, Marble Range, eleven kilometres west of the Edillilie township. The fire is burning in inaccessible terrain and aircraft will continue providing support by using retardant to slow the spread of the fire.
