Issued for FOX at Callendale near Lucindale.
Firefighters remain on scene at the Fox Fire, about 40 kilometres from Lucindale in the Lower South East, which is uncontrolled and burning in a north easterly direction.
The fire is burning within a large patch of private native scrub and has jumped Ellisons Road. Conditions are continually changing and people in the area are reminded to remain vigilant.
A second CFA strike team is being deployed to the fireground to support the approximately 80 CFS volunteers, CFA strike team and Forestry firefighters that are working hard to control the fire.
