Kapinnie Scrub Fire
The scrub fire near Bratten Way and Kiana Road near Kapinnie, on the Lower Eyre Peninsula, South Australia is contained.
CFS Firefighters and the landowner will continue to monitor the area to reduce risk of further outbreaks and make the area safe.
There may be smoke visible in the area, and members of the community are urged to take care, particularly if driving.
Roads have been closed due to this incident including Brimpton Lake Road, Rodgers Road and Douglas Well Road. At this time it is unknown when roads will be reopened.
Emergency services may be working on and around roads in the area, and motorists are advised to stay away. If you need to travel on roads in the area, please take care and drive to the local conditions.
