Forest Fire in South Para Reservoir
ISSUED FOR KERSBROOK and WILLIAMSTOWN
CFS and Forestry SA crews have responded to a fire in the South Para Reservoir, south of Williamstown between South Para Rd and Mount Crawford Forest. The fire is now contained.
As fire danger is forecast to increase today, those in the Williamstown, Mt Crawford and Kersbrook area need to continue to monitor local conditions and await further updates should the situation change.
Fire investigators are on their way to determine the cause of the fire.
Road closures are in place on South Para Rd and South Tce, Williamstown. For information on road closures, visit www.traffic.sa.gov.au.
