Langhorne Creek Rubbish Fire

Issued for LANGHORNE CREEK in the Fleurieu Peninsula.

The CFS is responding to a green waste fire at a business at Langhorne Creek in the Fleurieu Peninsula, South Australia.

CFS volunteers on trucks, supported by trucks from the waste facility, are on scene working to extinguish the fire and to assist property owners. The fire will continue to burn over the coming days.

Smoke is likely to continue drifting in the area and will be visible from surrounding communities.
