ISSUED FOR Mount Remarkable, Southern Flinders area
The SA Country Fire Service (CFS) advises that the fire in the Mount Remarkable Ranges approximately six kilometres West of Melrose is contained. CFS and Department of Environment and Water crews will continue to work the fireground until it is safe.
The fire is burning in trees and may burn for a number of days, as a result of this smoke will be visible in the area.
