Incident Update for Nangwarry Fire in the Lower South East
ISSUED FOR NANGWARRY
CFS and Forestry crews will continue to work at the scrub and plantation forest fire today strengthening containment lines with heavy machinery and mopping up the fire edge.
Crews will be in attendance for several more days, and the public is asked to be aware of emergency services vehicles operating in and around the Nangwarry area.
Smoke from the fire will continue to be visible throughout the area for the next few days and although the fire poses no threat to the public, we are asking the community to be aware of the fire.
