The grass fire at Randell Road near Palmer in the Murraylands, South Australia has been contained. Firefighters will remain on scene, supported by aircraft to continue extinguishing hot spots in inaccessible terrain.
Approximately 30 CFS firefighters and 4 aircraft remain on the fireground.
The operations are also being supported by SA Police and SA Power Networks.
This fire may be causing smoke in the area, and members of the community are urged to take care, particularly if driving.
