Reedy Creek Grass Fire
ISSUED FOR REEDY CREEK
Just before midnight, CFS crews were alerted to a grass fire at Reedy Creek, near Kingston in the States South East. CFS Volunteers worked through the night to contain the fire with the help of farm equipment to build a break around the fire.
There is smoke in the area, and it will be present for the day. CFS is sending a helicopter as an observation this morning. CFS Crews will remain on scene for the rest of the day and are being supported by Farm Fire Units.
