CFS crews have the Harvey Road fire at Sampson Flat contained and there is no longer any threat to assets or property. CFS crews will remain at the scene mopping up until approximately 1600 hrs this afternoon. The public are advised to still avoid the areas of One Tree Hill Road, Sampson Flat and Harvey Road, Sampson Flat due to the amount of CFS trucks working in the area. There is still some residual smoke from the fire so local residents are advised to keep their windows and doors closed until the smoke passes.
