Murray Street Fire
ISSUED FOR STOCKPORT
CFS have responded to a fire in Stockport between Murray Street, Watts Terrace and Pycroft Street.
Reports were of a vehicle fire, which spread into surrounding grass. CFS crews have since contained the fire and crews will continue to work in the area mopping up and blacking out to reduce any further outbreaks.
Motorists and public are advised to avoid the area to allow crews to work safely.
Public in the area need to continue to monitor local conditions and await further updates should the situation change.
