Grassfire near Flinders Highway on the Eyre Peninsula
ISSUED FOR STREAKY BAY
CFS volunteers are responding to a Grassfire on the Flinders Highway near Streaky Bay on the Eyre Peninsula.
A warning message has been issued for this fire and the Flinders Highway has been closed due to poor visiblity from smoke.
Approximately 20 CFS volunteer firefighters and Farm Fire Fighting units are actively working to extinguish the fire.
