Incident Update for Templers fire
ISSUED FOR TEMPLERS
CFS advises this grass fire currently contained however the risk of further breakouts remains.
Crews will remain in attendance throughout the day patrolling the area, completing control lines and responding to any active fire.
A predicted wind change for later this afternoon may cause outbreaks or embers to travel to the east and to the north east of the current fire ground.
The fire ground is currently within an area north of Angas Road, west of Thiele Highway and south of Templers Road.
To ensure your safety and that of the large number of emergency services personnel who are working in the area, please do not enter the area unless necessary.
Hazards may include reduced visibility due to smoke, fallen trees blocking roads and emergency vehicles operating in the area.
Well prepared homes can provide safety during a Bushfire. Check and follow your Bushfire Survival Plan.
