Grass Fire Tilley Swamp

Issued for TILLEY SWAMP near Kingston in the Lower South East, South Australia.

The CFS is responding to a grass fire in the Tilley Swamp area in the Lower South East, South Australia.

Approximately 20 CFS firefighters are currently working on the fireground, supported by six aircraft, including firebombers and observational aircraft. The operations are also being supported by farm fire units.

The fire is contained and may be causing smoke in the area and members of the community are urged to take care, particularly if driving.
