At approximately 2.00 pm the South Australian Country Fire Service was called to an uncontrolled stubble fire near Ungarra.
CFS responded with 6 country fire service trucks, 3 fire fighting aircraft and 4 farm fire units managing to contain the fire to approximately 61 hectares.
Firefighters remain on scene securing the area. Smoke may reduce visibility within this area, the public are advised to drive to conditions and be aware of CFS crew who are operating near the road.
