Incident Update for the fire near Port Wakefield Rd (A1) in the Virginia and Waterloo Corner area
ISSUED FOR VIRGINIA
The CFS recently issued a Bushfire Advice Message about a grass fire near the intersection of Ryan Rd and Port Wakefield Rd, just north of the Adelaide International Raceway.
CFS Volunteer fire fighters have contained this fire and they will remain on the fire ground to make this area safe.
This serves as a reminder that fire weather conditions today are hazardous and people need to remain alert to the threat of fire.
