Stuart Highway Complex of Fires
ISSUED FOR WIRRAMINNA
The CFS continues to monitor a series of fires along the Stuart Highway and stretches from Oakden Hills and Glendambo in Outback South Australia.
A warning message has been issued for the Wirraminna Fire. Refer to the CFS website cfs.sa.gov.au for the most up to date warning information.
Pastoral Leases and Cattle stations that may be affected by the fires, including:
Oakden Hills
Mahanewo Station
Kingoonya Station
Monlena Station
Glendambo Station
Wirraminna Station
Fire may be visible from the road and smoke may be impacting the roads. Drivers are urged to take care whilst driving as there may also be wandering stock on and around the roads.
Roads are currently open around this incident; however, this may change at short notice.
