Issued on Issued for Warning level Action The MALINONG bushfire is uncontrolled. This stubble fire is burning in a largely Easterly direction towards Wright Road and Hawks Nest Road. Conditions are continually changing. A wind change is currently moving through the area. This may cause the fire to change direction and move towards the North East. People in the Malinong and Hawks Nest area should leave now or prepare to defend their homes before the wind changes direction.
