Issued for Emu Flat, Clare and Armagh

CFS advises that a bushfire at at Clare in the Clare Valley near Emu Flat Road, Bennys Hill Road, Neagles Rock Road and in the area due west of William Street and Henry Street may threaten your safety.

Check and follow your Bushfire Survival Plan. If you are not prepared, leave now. Only leave if the path is clear to a safer place.

The EMU FLAT fire is travelling in a westerly direction towards Emu Flat Road, and easterly direction towards Bennys Hill Road, and in a northerly direction towards Blyth Road and Armagh.

The fire is uncontrolled and burning in Scrub - conditions are continually changing.

You should not enter this area as the roads may not be safe.
