Issued for Tarlee and Giles Corner

CFS advises that a bushfire at Tarlee in the Mid North approximately 6kms North of the Tarlee Township near Thomas Road, Molineux Road and Navan Cemetary may threaten your safety.

Check and follow your Bushfire Survival Plan. If you are not prepared, leave now. Only leave if the path is clear to a safer place.

The TARLEE fire is travelling in a Southerly direction towards Old Main Road S, Finnis Point Road, Horrocks Highway and Finnis Point Road.

The fire is uncontrolled and burning in Stubble and Scrub - conditions are continually changing.

You should not enter this area as the roads may not be safe.
