House fire in Kulpara - 15 September 2024

Six CFS crews are working to extinguish a house fire which has spread to multiple structures in Kulpara, on the Northern Yorke Peninsula. The fire quickly fully engulfed the initial house before extending to a nearby caravan and neighbouring home. All three were completely destroyed with an estimated damage value of $500,000.

Firefighters have been on scene for two hours containing the blaze and will continue working to put out the fire into this evening.

The cause of the fire is currently unknown and Fire Investigators will attend the scene to determine. SA Police, SA Ambulance and SA Power Networks are all on scene supporting crews.
