Structure Fire at Lobethal - 15 March 2024
CFS crews were called to a structure fire at a residential property in Lobethal of the Adelaide Hills at 10:30pm this evening.
Approximately fifteen CFS firefighters attended on three fire trucks, one quick response vehicle and one command vehicle and were supported by SA Police and SA Ambulance.
Firefighters arrived to find a fire in the lounge room of the property. Firefighters extinguished the blaze within 30 minutes of the emergency call and contained the extent of the fire to the lounge room and associated roof space. Crews will likely remain on site for up to an hour to mop up.
Although property occupants were home at the time, no injuries have been reported.
The cause is currently undetermined, and Fire Investigators have been notified. Losses have been estimated at $150,000.
