Structure fire at Redbanks - 25 January 2024
At approximately 5:15pm today, CFS crews were called to a house fire, with the house fully engulfed by fire, on Conrad Road, Redbanks.
The occupants of the home have safely evacuated and are being treated on the scene for smoke inhalation.
Approximately 35 firefighters on 8 fire trucks and with 1 bulk water carrier are attending the scene. Crews will remain on scene for some time.
The CFS is being supported by SA Police and Ambulance Services, as well as SA Power Networks.
The cause of the fire is currently undetermined. Fire Investigators will attend the property later to further investigate the cause.
The home and adjoining shed have been destroyed, with financial losses currently estimated at $200,000.00.
