$100,000 shed fire at Lobethal - 23 June 2023
6 CFS crews with approximately 20 firefighters are responding to a fully involved shed fire at Western Branch Road in Lobethal.
The shed, currently used as a workshop, was fully involved when crews arrived and has been destroyed estimating a loss of $100,000.
Quick work from attending firefighters has saved the adjacent cold room. Damage to the room's insulated walls is still being assessed, but at this stage the estimated save is $200,000.
The cause of the blaze is currently unknown and fire cause investigators have been requested.
