Structure Fire at Blanchetown 9 September
Saturday, September 9 at 7.10am:
Just after 6 o’clock this morning, CFS were called to a house fire on Murrraylands Road, Blanchetown.
The fire is believed to have started sometime last night and only reported this morning. Arriving CFS crews from Blanchetown and Waikerie found the newly built home completely destroyed.
No one was home at the time of the fire and crews will be on scene for some time mopping up.
The estimated damage bill is approximately $250,000.
Fire cause investigators have been notified and are expected to attend later today.
