Light plane crash at Brentwood

CFS are assisting SA Police and SA Ambulance Service following a light plane crash on Yorke Peninsula. Emergency Services were called to a private airstrip in a paddock at Anderson Road in Brentwood just before 9:30am this morning.

Approximately 15 CFS volunteers on three CFS trucks and a bulk water carrier remained on scene assisting with preparing a helicopter landing zone to assist SA Ambulance Service and securing stock in the area. Crews were also on standby in case of any fuel leaks.
