Shed fire at Callington - 12 January 2024

An electrical fault is believed to be the cause of a residential shed fire on Hannam Street in Callington early this morning.

4 CFS crews have contained the blaze, which extended towards the adjoining carport, saving the house and neighbouring properties. Firefighters remain on scene extinguishing black spots.

The total estimated damage cost is above $50,000. Residents were home when the fire started and left the property with no injuries currently reported. SA Police and SA Ambulance are also on scene supporting.
